Ok here goes. Asian, cell phone, locket, angry, check I think I got them all in there. She could look a little more angry I suppose. I sort of went for an anime style on this one since she Asian and all. She has a very dynamic silhouette which I love. If anyone has any helpful critique before next Tuesday let me hear it.

Spot Illustration

I would recommend thinning her legs and adding underwear. Also, the hands could be more thoroughly done.
Most importantly, stylistically you should change the black lines. Try making them a lighter color or adding enough shadow that the form is defined without the lines. Those are just suggestions. I just think the lines are hurting it more than helping.
