This lady looks like Tom Petty. I personally don't know her, but I know one of her co-workers. I was commissioned to make these in exchange for drinks. The first on is just the lady on the cover of Down The Torpedoes. The second is her as Tom Petty and her co-workers as The Heartbreakers. Maybe not my finest Photoshop work, but funny and good enough for a couple drinks.
